Implementation Phase
a. The first implementation phase covers 24 months.
Stage I: Submission of the mid-term assessment report on September 6, 2024.

Stage II: Evaluation of the report – on October 28, 2024, we received positive recommendations for the mid-term assessment.

Current Phase:
We are now in the second phase of implementation, during which, over the next 36 months, we will carry out activities aimed at the full implementation of the guidelines set by the European Charter for Researchers. After this period, an audit of our achievements will be conducted, followed by a re-evaluation of progress and the effectiveness of the Charter’s implementation.

Initial phase
a. Submission of the declaration of support for the principles of the Charter and Code to the European Commission on November 2, 2020.
b. Within 12 months of submitting the declaration:
- Conducting a Gap Analysis – assessing the alignment of the institution's principles and procedures with the Charter and Code.
- Preparing the OTM-R Checklist – policies for open, transparent, and merit-based recruitment.
- Developing an Action Plan – addressing identified gaps within the institution along with a description of the necessary actions to be taken.
