The HR Excellence in Research logo is one of the activities of the European Commission implemented under the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers. Its general idea is to increase the attractiveness working conditions and career development of researchers in the EU. The distinction is awarded to research institutions that provide the best working conditions for researchers and conduct recruitment processes in a transparent manner and in accordance with the guidelines of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers.
HR Excellence in Research logo not only provides the basis for awarding an institution in international grant competitions of the European Commission in the Horizon 2020 programme in the field of research and innovation, but also in national grant competitions of the National Science Center, the National Center for Research and Development, the Ministry of Education and Science, and gives the right to post advertisements on the Euraxess platform marked with HRS4R Logo icon.
