From 11 to 13 May 2026, Dr Weronika Łuba-Arnista represented University of Lomza during the International Staff Week organised within the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme. The host institution of the event was the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences in Kaunas.
The purpose of the mobility was to conduct teaching activities and participate in events promoting the exchange of academic experience, the development of international cooperation, and the sharing of good practices used in higher education institutions. The programme included numerous meetings, lectures, and workshops devoted to the internationalisation of universities, modern teaching methods, and cooperation between partner institutions.
The International Staff Week brought together 41 representatives of universities from 20 countries, mainly connected with the field of health sciences. The international environment created an excellent opportunity for the exchange of teaching and organisational experiences, as well as discussions on the challenges and future directions of contemporary higher education.
