During the 2024/2025 academic year, the University of Lomza had the pleasure of hosting Jesse Funtleyder, a grantee of the Polish-U.S. Fulbright Commission. He conducted English classes with our students and actively participated in the life of the local school community.

Jesse Funtleyder comes from the Bronx and was raised in a multiethnic family of teachers in Queens, New York. He earned both his bachelor's and master's degrees in forensic psychology from John Jay College (CUNY). After completing his Fulbright grant, Jesse plans to continue working as a psychology lecturer in New York City.
