Students in Malta: International Experiences within the Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme

A group of students from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Lomza Academy participated in a Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) in Malta from 5 to 9 May 2025, as part of the Erasmus+ initiative. The programme aimed to deepen their understanding of organisational culture and enhance their ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.

Throughout the intensive sessions, students explored various forms of organisational culture and their impact on organisational operations. The curriculum combined theoretical lectures with practical workshops, allowing participants to apply their knowledge in realistic scenarios. Working in international teams, students exchanged experiences and perspectives, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

The programme also included study visits to local businesses, where students observed firsthand how cultural diversity influences daily business practices. Additionally, they toured Malta's capital, Valletta, and the historic city of Mdina, gaining insights into the region's cultural context.

Participation in the BIP provided Lomza Academy students with valuable competencies, international connections, and broadened horizons, contributing to their academic and professional development.
